Mukesh is a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal technologies. As Managing Director of DB Tech, he leads initiatives in IT-driven governance, compliance, and ethics solutions. He has helped design and implement GRC programs for over 500 enterprises worldwide.

Mukesh also co-founded Lexcare, serving 250+ organizations across 40+ countries, and Lexschool, focused on legal training. He is a Certified Ethical Hacker and Certified Forensic Investigator, reflecting his commitment to innovation and integrity in the compliance landscape.

Sanjay brings 10+ years of experience in legal, risk management, and finance, with previous roles at Anand Rathi, Angel Broking, and MCX. As CEO of Mecard.me, he leads the creation of a secure, eco-friendly digital identity and business card platform. A strong advocate for tech integration in traditional industries, he has driven automation in legal processes and IT-enabled legal solutions.

He holds a B.Com in Accounting & Finance, an LL.B., Company Secretary certification, and an MBA in Finance. Sanjay also co-founded Lexcare, serving 250+ organizations globally, and Lexschool, focused on legal training excellence. He is a Certified Ethical Hacker and Certified Forensic Investigator.

Manish Nair brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business development across IT, media, and certification industries. He has held leadership roles at top organizations including Economic Times-Acetech, Zee Network, and BSI.

At DB Tech, Manish leads global marketing and sales strategy, focusing on brand building, go-to-market planning, and strategic growth. His commitment to integrity, quality, and customer-centricity aligns with DB Tech’s mission.

Ramakant Surve is a seasoned banker with over 50 years of experience in various leadership roles, including Vigilance & Investigation, Credit Management, and Forensic Audit. He served as Chief Vigilance Officer and General Manager at Dena Bank, overseeing audits and compliance with the RBI. At SBI, he was DyGM & Circle Finance Officer, managing operations and audits. Additionally, he conducted forensic audits for credit cooperatives, assisted the Mumbai Police while leading a Forensic Audit Company, and managed a Regional Manager role for a major Gold Loan Company in India.

Atul Juvle

SENIOR ADVISOR AND Director

Atul Juvle has 35+ years of leadership experience with TATA Intl., OTIS, and HDFC-Life, focusing on legal issues, ethics, data privacy, and crisis management. He is currently an Independent Director at Arcelor Mittal-Nippon Steel and on the Advisory Board at ICFAI Business School.

Notable achievements include: TEDx speaker on leadership, EY-ACFE Ethics Champion (2019 & 2021), Forbes India accredited GC (2020-23), Listed in Legal 500 as a top legal professional (2016-2023), Juvle also serves as a Mentor, Senior Advisor, and Non-executive Director, holding degrees in M.Com., LLB, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (USA).

APK Chettiar brings over 25 years of leadership experience within the Tata group, including roles in a full-service airline, FMCG, manufacturing, mutual funds, and engineering. His expertise encompasses corporate legal governance, ethics audits, drafting, arbitration, training, and implementing legal processes. After nearly two decades, he retired from Tata, having served as Head Legal and Company Secretary at Tata SIA Airlines and Infiniti Retail. Currently, he is a Mentor, Senior Advisor, and Non-executive Director for our organization, leveraging his extensive experience for our growth. He holds degrees in B.COM., LL.B., A.C.S., and an M.B.A. in Finance.
