A strong advocate for tech integration in traditional industries, driving automation in legal processes and IT-enabled legal solutions.
Business leader with over 20 years of experience driving business growth, strategic planning, partnerships, and operational excellence across IT software solutions & system integration companies, media & business events, prominent education hubs, and corporate certification industries.
Held leadership positions with renowned brands including Micro Infotech, The Economic Times–ACETECH, Essel Group (Zee), and British Standards Institution (BSI), leading market expansion, enterprise sales, and brand development initiatives.
At DB Tech, Manish heads the Global Marketing & Sales function, spearheading brand strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and strategic alliances — helping organizations adopt technology-led solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen risk management, and accelerate sustainable business growth.
Brings 15+ years of experience building enterprise-grade platforms in regulated, high-trust environments. Leads technology for DB Tech, driving development of FraudSentinel360 and WhistleSentinel.
Previously delivered large-scale systems for Rapido, AscentHR, NPCI, and the Indian Army — with deep expertise in workflow-intensive, compliance-driven systems, case management, and audit-ready technology. Leading AI-enabled platform innovation and enterprise deployments across banks, NBFCs, BFSI & insurance.
23+ years of corporate finance leadership across India and international markets, with experience at AKDN, Aurobindo, APUIAML (Govt JV), KPMG, HSBC, and Citibank. 14+ years heading CFO, Corporate Finance, and Consulting divisions — managing 300+ projects worth over ₹60,000 Cr (USD 7 Bn).
Recently led projects worth ₹3,000 Cr including ultra-premium residential, hospital, and school developments in Mumbai, and successfully raised ₹536 Cr in structured funding. Deep expertise in treasury, governance frameworks, audit management, and strengthening compliance and risk mitigation across NBFC, Insurance, and government entities.
A seasoned banker with over 50 years of experience in various leadership roles, including Vigilance & Investigation, Credit Management, and Forensic Audit. He served as Chief Vigilance Officer and General Manager at Dena Bank, overseeing audits and compliance with the RBI.
At SBI, he was DyGM & Circle Finance Officer, managing operations and audits. He also conducted forensic audits for credit cooperatives, assisted the Mumbai Police while leading a Forensic Audit Company, and managed a Regional Manager role for a major Gold Loan Company in India.
Brings over 25 years of leadership experience within the Tata group, including roles in a full-service airline, FMCG, manufacturing, mutual funds, and engineering. His expertise spans corporate legal governance, ethics audits, drafting, arbitration, training, and legal process implementation.
After nearly two decades at Tata, he served as Head Legal and Company Secretary at Tata SIA Airlines and Infiniti Retail. He now serves as Mentor, Senior Advisor, and Non-Executive Director, leveraging his extensive experience for the organization's growth.
